1. Acceptance and Binding Effect

By visiting our website http://onbiturizm.com (“Site”), using our services, or contacting us in any way, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms form a binding agreement between Onbi Tourism (“Company”, “we”) and you (“User”, “you”).

If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

We provide the following services:

Visa consultancy and application tracking
Flight ticket, hotel reservation and tour organization
Travel health insurance provision
Guided group tours and custom travel planning

All services are provided through third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, visa centers, etc.). Therefore, the final performance of the services is the responsibility of third parties.

3. User Obligations

When using the Site, you must comply with the following:

Provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information
Not infringe the rights of others (copyright, trademark, personal data, etc.)
Not engage in behavior that damages the Site, causes excessive load or exploits security vulnerabilities
Not share illegal, offensive or threatening content
Not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers on the Site

4. Reservation and Payment Terms

All reservations become final upon receipt of payment.
Prices may vary due to exchange rates, taxes and fuel surcharges.
Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the relevant airline/hotel/tour operator policies.
No guarantee of success is given for visa applications; only consultancy service is provided.
Payments are collected through secure payment systems; credit card information is not stored by the Company.

It is recommended not to travel without travel insurance. No refund is made in case of visa refusal.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, images, logos, designs and content on the Site are the intellectual property of Onbi Tourism or licensed third parties. Unauthorized copying, distribution or modification is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company accepts no liability in the following cases:

Damages arising from the fault of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, consulates)
Visa refusal, flight cancellation, force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, epidemics
Damages arising from the User providing incorrect or incomplete information
Temporary unavailability of the Site, technical failures

The Company's liability is limited to the mandatory provisions under the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Law on the Protection of Consumers.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul. For users with consumer status, the Istanbul Consumer Courts are also authorized.

8. Right to Amend

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates become effective as soon as they are published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
